Our Prices and how they are worked out
The price we charge is for the villa and includes all electrics, weekly clean, linen and towel change. There are no hidden charges. Air-conditioning is included in the rental rate. The price quoted is the price you pay regardless of any changes to our prices following confirmation of your booking.
We request a 30% deposit and the balance no later than 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
We have varying price bands depending on the time of year. These are low, mid, high, and separate pricing for the period from November to March.
We offer a 10% discount for a second week of rental except during our high season.

We normally have your villa ready for you from 2pm on the day of your arrival and departure on your last day is by 10am. We try to be flexible with these times when possible to accommodate flight departures. When you book please let us know what times woudl be ideal and we will try to accommodate you. It's not always possible but we will try our best fit into your schedule.
